La nouvelle fonctionnalité d'Azendoo Task Pilot

Azendoo est une application collaborative de gestion de projets et de tâches . C’est donc un outil de management indispensable pour une meilleure performance du pilotage d’une entreprise, d’un groupe ou d’un projet.   • Tâches que vous avez à faire

  • Tâches qui ne sont plus à faire, mais que vous souhaitez conserver
  • Tâches déjà faites
  • Respecter vos engagements

L’affectation de tâche à une seule personne est conservée. Cependant, même si la responsabilité d’une tâche reste unique, il est possible de participer, de demander de l’aide, de partager son travail en invitant ou en s’invitant dans une tâche par le biais d’une souscription.

  • Travailler et se synchroniser en équipe

Une même tâche peut être effectuée par une équipe avec des postes de travail différents ou même à distance. En effet, une personne peut souscrire ou inviter un collaborateur au flux de discussions et notifications sur une tâche et ainsi construire un plan d’action. Cette fonctionnalité a été plus développée dans Tâche Pilot en offrant d’autres options telles que : une maxi carte de tâche, multi sélection, possibilité de créer des sections dans votre Todo, Impression d’une liste de tâches, Personnalisation et mémorisation des filtres et tri de tâches, tableau de bord.
